Eliza is a photographer, activist, speaker and host of The Cheer Up Luv Podcast. Her photo series retells accounts of street harassment. The project combines photography with journalism, activism and social media, and has gained interest from all over the world. Eliza has spoken about her activism at the UN and for TEDx. In this workshop Eliza will share her empowering work as well as creating space for you to think about your own creative approaches to activism through short tasks. 

It will cover:

  • Introduction to Eliza Hatch and Cheer Up Luv

  • Public sexual harassment and photography - with short self-portrait task

  • Creative approaches to activism - with short task to think about now, do later

  • Managing and sustaining momentum, commitment, and creative opportunities for your work over long periods of time.
