The Creative Reset

The Creative Reset •

What you think is going to make you more productive with your creative work:

What will actually make you more productive with your creative work:

❌ Multitasking across half-finished projects to “spark inspiration”

✅ A focused two-week Creative Reset that dedicates headspace to one task at a time

❌ Cramming “deep work” into oversized time-blocks you never stick to

Daily 10-15 minute suggested prompt to kickstart creativity and momentum

❌ Relying on every new productivity app or to-do list system

✅ A simple, daily prompt delivered each morning that you can do anywhere to refocus your creativity

❌ Pulling all-nighters and working to the wire

✅ A supportive community where you can hang out and keep each other on track daily

❌ Comparing your output to others on social media for “motivation”

✅ Short accountability check-ins to celebrate wins

The Creative Reset isn’t just another productivity push - it’s a permission slip to reclaim your time, energy, and creative spark. Building on the success of our #productivitywithoutpressure daily lives last year, and taking all the knowledge and insight I learnt from my own 2-month creative reset at the start of the year, this two-week reset gives you structured space each day to ring-fence 10-15 minutes purely for making, experimenting, and thinking - free from judgment, comparison, or the guilt of “not doing enough.” You’ll receive suggestions of micro-tasks that break the paralysis of perfectionism and re-train your brain to play and be curious

By leaning into community accountability, short daily prompts, and focused work bursts, The Creative Reset will help you kickstart a sustainable rhythm that will carry you through the rest of the year. Imagine heading into the second half of 2025 with a clear creative head, energised by small, early wins and surrounded by others who cheer you on

This is for you if:

You want to finish the two weeks with a simple, 10-15 minute daily creative habit that feels effortless and energising

You’ll emerge with renewed confidence in your process - free from self-doubt, perfectionism, or comparison

You’ll have a tangible collection of ideas, sketches, drafts or reflections you can build on long after the two weeks end

You’ll know exactly how to break big projects into bite-sized wins

You’ll feel empowered by finding a supportive community has cheered you on and kept you accountable

So what does the creative reset include?

Accountability check-ins

  • Short daily reflections to celebrate small wins, adjust course, and ward off burnout

Daily creative prompts on email

  • Bite-sized 10-15 minute tasks designed to spark fresh ideas and get you making fast

Community access

  • A private whatsapp for accountability to share, feedback, and keep each other motivated every day.

Prizes

  • A chance to win an exclusive review of your work. Made into a short-form reel, Narrated by Natasha, edited by our professional team and shared across our platforms.

Let me introduce myself …

“I know first-hand that daily creativity is often the first thing we sacrifice when life gets overwhelming - and that’s exactly why I champion it so fiercely. After a series of personal challenges in grief, health issues and the whirlwind of motherhood, I found myself so far removed from both my practice and sense of self. Rather than wait for inspiration to strike, at the start of 2025 I hit “reset” in the most dramatic way I could imagine: a family-packed world tour through the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. While I’m not suggesting everyone needs to catch a plane with your dependents in tow, I’m distilling everything I’ve learnt so far on this journey into The Creative Reset, bringing it free to the Work Show Grow community so no one else has to lose themselves, or their practice … again”

Natasha’s story began far from the galleries of Paris Photo or the lecture theaters of the Royal College of Art. Growing up on free school dinners, under the looming fear of bailiffs and constant whispers she wasn't able to make art a  “real career”. Fast forward to today: she’s an award-winning artist and Senior Lecturer of Photography at University of the Arts London, with Arts Council England and Paul Hamlyn Foundation backing, and invites you over the next two weeks to explore how playful prompts, short bursts of focused work and peer-powered accountability can reignite ambition without the pressure. As the founder of Work Show Grow School- recently supported by Arts Council England’s -  British Library’s ‘Get Ready for Growth’ programme, Natasha builds a space where talking about money feels safe, ambition is celebrated, and wanting more for your creativity is simply part of the journey.

So how does it work?

  • Each day, you’ll be sent an email and message with your creative micro-task suggestion of the day.

  • There’s no pressure to do each prompt, but the idea is that it’s just 10-15 minutes a day to reset your creativity by taking the pressure off.

We’ve all got 10 minutes a day right?

Every Wednesday, there will also be a competition so you can win the chance to have your work reviewed by me!

We’ll also have our community chat open for you to connect with other creatives and receive feedback on things you’re doing each week.

Why is it two weeks long?

Because I want to do two things here …

  1. Give you the opportunity for a creative reset without having the pressure of needing to give a big time commitment each day for a long period of time but also making sure we have enough time for you to get into the flow of it

  2. Show you what you can achieve in 10 minutes a day, for 2 weeks with the hope that you’ll carry on building this habit after we finish together

Don’t let the rest of 2025 pass you by watching others make time for what counts. This is your moment to take action, ring-fence 10-15 minutes a day, and watch your creativity reset alongside an energised community. Our #productivitywithoutpressure 2-week reset kicks off soon, so secure your place in The Creative Reset today and start the second half of the year with momentum and motivation.
